Faultless Before the Presence of God

Jude 24
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy
God wants every child of His to be faultless, blameless, and holy, before Him.
The Lord ordered the Israelites to be sanctified before they could come into His presence at Sinai - Ex 19:10-11; Phil 2:14-15
We must be faultless, holy and blameless in His presence now so that we may not be ashamed when He comes.
1 John 2:28
And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
1Thes. 5:23
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The only way we can be blameless before Him on that day, when He comes, is to be blameless before Him now.
Only those who are faultless in His presence in this world can hope to enjoy special relationship with Him in eternity - Rev 14:4-5; 2 Peter 3:13-14
A Christian keeps himself faultless before the presence of God by:
Regularly washing himself in the Word of God – John 17:17; Eph 5:26.
We are sanctified and cleansed (that is, washed) by the water of the word of God as we listen to the word, read the word and live by the word.
Avoiding things that displease God - Num 11:1.
Walking in love - 1 John 3:14-15
Anybody who is not walking in love cannot be faultless before God, because he is still in his sin, as far as this scripture is concerned.
